Terms of Service
These terms govern access to CalWiz. If you use CalWiz for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity performed through your account. Do not use CalWiz to violate law or others’ rights, distribute harmful content, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits, access another tenant, or send unsolicited communications.
Organizations and content
Organization owners and administrators manage workspace access and settings. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant CalWiz the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and notices required for content and participant information you submit.
Paid plans
Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Prices, taxes, trial terms, plan limits, and the effective timing of changes are shown before purchase or in the billing portal. Except where law requires otherwise, fees already paid are non-refundable.
Availability and third-party services
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Calendar, identity, email, payment, domain, and other integrations are also governed by their providers and may change or become unavailable. Preview or beta functionality may be modified or withdrawn.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service or cancel a subscription through the available account controls. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or harm to the service or others. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, CalWiz is provided without implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for CalWiz during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Applicable law may provide rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
Contact and changes
We may update these terms as the service or law changes. We will post the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Questions can be submitted through our contact page.
