Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information CalWiz processes, why we process it, and the choices available to account holders and scheduling participants.

We process account and organization details, authentication and security records, scheduling content, availability responses, meeting details, billing records, and support communications that you or your organization provide.

When you connect a calendar, we process the calendar metadata and busy-time or event information needed to provide the features you enable. We also process limited device, log, and diagnostic data to operate, secure, and improve the service.

We use information to provide scheduling and collaboration features, authenticate users, deliver notifications, process payments, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, satisfy legal obligations, and honor organization settings. We do not sell personal information or use private scheduling content for third-party advertising.

CalWiz uses vetted infrastructure, identity, email, calendar, payment, storage, and observability providers to operate the service. Organization administrators control their workspace, including membership, connected services, retention decisions, and exports. An organization may be the controller of information it asks participants to submit, while CalWiz acts as its service provider.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal requirements, resolve disputes, and maintain security records. Account holders can update profile information, export eligible data, disconnect providers, or request account deletion. Some records may be retained where law or legitimate security and accounting needs require it.

We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please report suspected issues promptly through our contact page.

To ask a privacy question or exercise an applicable data right, use our contact page and identify the account or organization involved. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
